Divine Bibi’s Bakery Gluten Free Brownies

What a way to start our Friday morning. We arrived into the office to find a beautifully wrapped parcel of exquisite gluten and wheat free chocolate brownies from www.bibisbakery.co.uk.
Normally we all walk in, turn on our computers and get cracking with work. In this instance though the first thing everyone did was pick up their mugs, head to the kitchen and proceed to make cups of tea or coffee. With smiles on their faces each person unwrapped their brownie and Quiet… The only thing I heard was “Mmmmm….. “ “Ahhhh…. “ And “how on earth are these gluten free?”
Out of their packets, the brownies smelt like they just been freshly baked, home made and chocolaty. The brownies were a substantial size and weight and the moist and gooey texture meant combined with either a cup of tea or on it’s own, it was agreed between us that these brownies were heaven in the mouth.
