9Bar snack bars are still gluten free & wheat free but in addition to this their snack bars are also dairy free, lactose free, yeast free and also egg free.
9Bar’s are a deliciously nutritious seed bar, the main part of the bar is made from sunflower seeds, but ingredients also include pumpkin seed, poppy seed, sesame seed & hemp.
