Gluten Free Pasta with fresh tomatoes and spring onion

Gluten Free Pasta with fresh tomatoes and spring onion, a lovely enjoyable meal !

 

Gluten free corn pasta 250 grams

4 Fresh tomatoes

6 spring onions

Olive oil 1 table spoon

All purpose seasoning half a teaspoon

Ground black pepper

Mixed herbs half a teaspoon

Chop up fresh tomatoes and put in a sauce pan.

Mash up fresh tomatoes and add the Olive Oil, Seasoning and mixed herbs.

Leave to simmer for 20 minutes.

Add cooked pasta and chopped Spring onions.

Leave on stove for a further 5 mins until sauce and pasta look cooked together.

Serve and enjoy straight away or cool and eat cold. Add black pepper as preferred.
