Gluten Free Lasagne
Gluten free lasagne, a great tasty and enjoyable recipe !
4/5 mushrooms
1 jar Dolmio bolognese sauce
500g minced beef
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 very small tin of tomato puree (or a large tbsp)
1/2 red peppers
6 Gluten Free pasta sheets
1oz margarine
1 oz g/f flour
12 fl oz milk
bowl of cheddar cheese
Baking dish (big enough to fit 3 pasta sheets in side by side)
Brown minced beef in frying pan, add sauce, mushrooms, tomato puree, chopped tomatoes and red pepper. (other veggies can be added if wanted!)
Whilst simmering make the cheese sauce N.B. Cheese sauce needs stirred continuously (otherwise it sticks to the pan and goes lumpy!)
Over a low light melt the margarine, add flour and stir.
Slowly add milk (being careful not to add it too quickly and get lumps or too slowly so it sticks to the pan!) Add 3/4 cheese when boiling
Voila.....it's ready to go into a baking dish
Layer it in starting with
Beef and sauce
Pasta
Cheese sauce
Beef and sauce
Pasta
Cheese sauce
Then sprinkle remaining cheese on top
Then bake it in an oven at 180°C until golden!!
Yummmmmmm!!!!
(If you have a lot of extra sauce etc. just add another layer! Although you will need more pasta
