The food is naturally full of flavour, full of goodness, and from people they know and like. They cook with seasonal ingredients, olive oil and fresh herbs and spices. They only buy meat from farms that they trust. They visit them regularly and  now received recognition from the RSPCA for the care they take in sourcing.
