Theresa is herself a diagnosed coeliac and understands the very real need to prevent cross contamination. With this in mind a part of our kitchen is set aside for the sole preparation of gluten free food, using only designated chopping boards, utensils and toasters.

There are usually at least 3 Gluten Free Cereals on offer and all of our standard breakfast fayre can be made using gluten free local produce
