Foods You Can Review of Genius Gluten Free Seeded Bread
Written by markjohn. Tuesday, July 31st, 2012
One of my favourite breakfasts is a homemade berry smoothie in the mornings. However during the autumn and winter seasons, I need a warm breakfast. When I’m not eating gluten free millet or porridge, I’m eating one of my many favourite gluten free breads. I’ve tried lots of gluten free breads, whether baked on my own, using a mix or buying ready-made loaves off the shelf. I like to alternate breads and will buy many different brands. However I do like the Genius gluten free seeded loaf. I’m a sucker for over indulging in it and eating it to my hearts content. Sometimes I can’t even stop at the 2 slices of toast I normally have in the mornings. Other pros for me include the fact that it’s fresh and it makes normal sized sandwiches so I never feel like I’m missing out. I like a bit of variety and if I don’t have my toast in the morning, I’ll opt for a huge salad sandwich for lunch or dinner made with the seeded loaf. It doesn’t really matter what time of the day it is, I love to eat the bread. The biggest bonus of all is the fact that it tastes like normal bread and in fact my other family members can’t tell the difference so the whole family can eat it. I’m also one for bulk buying the bread so that I’ve always got some in the freezer. I hate running out!
If you haven’t tried it, I’d recommend you give it a go. Get ready though, cause if you’re anything like me, you may just become slightly addicted.
